Dogs Enjoy the Park

CASCADE, MT – Dog lovers from around the area, alongside their faithful companions, have been enjoying the fine weather in Atkinson Park in Cascade. “Here boy, here!” a local pet owner was heard yelling as a large, hair-covered dog ran across the greenish-brown lawn.  The uptick in the number of dogs frequenting the park has coincided with the recent sunshine as summer approaches in the Rockies.

The large town park sits alongside Interstate 15 and has ample room for dogs to run around, getting exercise and interacting with other animals. Several owners are usually seen standing around and chatting.

Atkinson Park is open 24 hours.
