Local Construction Site Draws Attention

NORTH HELENA VALLEY – A formerly vacant lot looks to be the new home of a future business in the Helena Valley. A construction crew and heavy equipment have been seen working on a new commercial-style building.  With a ten stall paved parking lot done, and large windows and a breezeway entrance already framed, the space could be anything from medical offices to a new bank. Upon completion, this would be the first business property of its kind in this area and could be a boon for more economic growth.

Local residents have speculated on the possible business to be opened at the location, but no indications, such as a “Coming Soon” sign, have yet to appear on the chain link fences surrounding the site.

This story will be developing as crews move quickly to complete the exterior.
